What documents are required to use DibalasAI?

To use the LiveChat and Instagram channels, you only need to prepare an email account for login. However, for the WhatsApp feature, you will need to provide some documents, such as an ID card, as required by WhatsApp regulations.

How does DibalasAI work? What do I need to do after subscribing to DibalasAI?

DibalasAI will guide you through the technical steps according to your selected preferences. Just follow the provided instructions, including how to train the AI. Everything is made easy and simple.

Can I take over a conversation previously handled by DibalasAI?

Yes, you can take over an ongoing conversation by switching to Manual Mode via the conversation Dashboard. Also, when your AI quota is reached, your customers will automatically be transferred to Manual Mode, requiring you to respond through the dashboard.

Can customers opt to speak with a human CS?

Absolutely. Customers can choose to speak directly with a human agent. They can make a request in the conversation, such as 'I want to speak with a human agent,' and you will receive a notification to respond promptly.

How quickly can DibalasAI be integrated into my business after payment?

After successfully subscribing, you can immediately activate the Instagram and LiveChat services. However, WhatsApp integration takes a bit more time according to WhatsApp's regulations, typically within 1 business day.

Can this chatbot process images or videos sent by customers?

Currently, DibalasAI cannot process images or videos.

What languages does DibalasAI understand?

This is one of the advantages of AI-based CS. DibalasAI can understand almost all major languages worldwide.

Does DibalasAI operate 24/7?

Of course! DibalasAI is ready to provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as long as your package quota is available. Once your quota is used up, DibalasAI will automatically switch to Manual Mode.

Can I update my business information, such as adding or removing product or service information?

Yes, you only need to delete the uploaded knowledge base file and upload a new one. The knowledge base does not use a training system; it searches for data relevant to the question. Indexing is done to speed up the search process. If there are updates to the knowledge base, DibalasAI will re-index.

Will DibalasAI respond based on the data provided, or is there a risk of off-context responses?

Our technology is designed to prevent such issues. However, if it does happen, don't hesitate to contact us.

Can the chatbot be customized to reflect the business owner's preferences, for example, speaking informally but politely, and addressing customers with titles like 'Kakak' instead of 'Ibu' or 'Bapak'?

Yes, certainly. In addition to uploading the Knowledge Base with information about your services, products, and company, you can also shape the CS persona through a System Prompt. Simply provide instructions on how the CS should behave and speak, and the CS will follow the guidelines.

Can I try DibalasAI before integrating it with my business?

Registration is free. You can try DibalasAI for as long as you want.

Will I get a discount if I subscribe for a year?

Currently, we only offer monthly payment plans. However, we plan to introduce annual subscription plans at more affordable rates in the future.

Does DibalasAI provide human CS to monitor conversations, or is that done by the business owner?

DibalasAI does not provide human customer service. However, the business owner can assign human customer service to monitor all conversations recorded in the history, which can be accessed via the dashboard. Human customer service can also take over ongoing conversations at any time.

Can my CS team access the DibalasAI dashboard?

Yes, you can invite your customer service team to join as human customer service and access the chat dashboard to take over conversations if needed.

Can the chatbot remember previous conversations? For example, if a customer contacts on the 3rd and then again on the 5th to continue the conversation.

For Instagram and WhatsApp, yes, as the conversation history is stored. However, for LiveChat (Anonymous), the conversation history is only stored for 24 hours and is then deleted.

What should I do if the chat encounters an error, such as providing off-context answers or repeating the same response to different questions?

Does the chatbot understand abbreviations used by customers, such as 'ad kh bju dngn wrna biru'?

The chatbot will likely understand, but if not, it will ask for more details.

Can the chatbot handle payments? For example, placing an order and then paying via transfer and sending proof of payment to the chatbot?

Currently, this feature is not available as the chatbot is currently limited to processing text.
